A 90-minute guided session for up to ten people. Two rounds in the sauna, two in the plunge, with breathwork and movement in between. You show up on an ordinary weekday. You leave having done something hard, with people who did it too.
Movement and breathwork, led by a guide. Warm up the body, slow the breath, get the group in sync.
A hand-crafted, Finnish-design sauna in kiln-dried western red cedar. Ventilated and löyly-optimized, so the steam rolls across the whole room.
